कौशल जांच परीक्षा के लिए दो पत्र होंगे दोनों पत्रों की परीक्षा एक ही तिथि को आयोजित की जाएगी।

प्रथम पत्र :- इसमें हिंदी आशुलेखन की जांच हेतु 500 शब्दों को 50 शब्द प्रति मिनट की गति से 10 मिनट तक हिंदी श्रुतिलेख दिया जाएगा।
द्वितीय पत्र :- इसके अंतर्गत कंप्यूटर योग्यता एवं परीक्षा ली जाएगी। इसके अंतर्गत पावर आंकड़ा से संबंधित प्रश्न होंगे। इसके लिए डेढ़ घंटे का समय दिया जाएगा तथा प्रत्येक खंड 25 – 25 के हिसाब से 150 अंकों का होगा। जिसमें उत्तीर्ण होने के लिए न्यूनतम 30% अंक प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य है।

इस परीक्षा में 100 बहुविकल्पीय वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार के प्रश्न शामिल होंगे।
प्रत्येक प्रश्न 3 अंक का होगा।
प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर वाले प्रश्न के लिए 1 अंक की नेगेटिव मार्किंग होगी।
पेपर हिंदी और अंग्रेजी भाषा में सेट किया गया जायेगा।
पेपर के लिए समय अवधि 3 घंटे होगी।
